We came here after a 4 hour walk in the hills based on google reviews. This was the poshest menu del dia we ever had. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. The menu was 10.95 each. This consisted of 4 courses, basket of bread and drinks. We had for first course. Pasta soup and gazpacho in a drinking glass. Second course. Seasoned mashed potatoes and a fried egg. Vegetable crepe with salad. Both beautiful especially the mash. Third course. Escallop of beef with chips. Chicken burgers (no bun) with chips. Both again very tasty. Desert. Chocolate cake and Catalan cream. Both really really lovely. The bread was fresh and crispy. The wine was cold, slightly sweet but lovely. We got 2 coffees as extra. Total was 24.50 and what a bargain. Can not recommend this menu del dia enough.
